Oh, the life!

Well we are here, all moved in, just finishing unpacking. Drew has met and now has a good amount of hook ups for a job. Just waiting to hear when and if he will get one. I had my final interview yesterday now they just need to do a background check and drug test, hopefully I pass. We are getting use to California and it is very interesting. Its a different atmosphere down here. People are inherently rude. Well most people, there are a select few left who are nice just because. We went grocery shopping at a Wal-Mart down here and it is nothing like Wal-Mart in Utah. It was connected to a Mall, there was no fresh produce, and the whole place was just gross. So we decided to try and find a different place to go grocery shopping and we were successful. Driving out here is quite the experience, I will say I fit in quite well in this area, I am a led foot myself so I am loving the fast pace, but again everyone is crazy, traffic slows down everywhere, there are a million different freeways, and people just love to piss each other off. So that has been fun getting use to. Most of you know but my mother lives on a boat out here in California, that is where I stayed when I first got here, thanks mom! Well her husband also captains boats and so we have had the great pleasure of going sailing. What an experience. Every time we have gone the weather has been perfect and it is the most relaxing thing ever. Drew and I are even learning a little about sailing so that we can help out whenever we go. The weather out here is nice. It is really hot where we are living but out by the ocean it is so nice and the breeze off the ocean is spectacular. We have taken a lot of picture's of our apartment, sailing and I'm sure many other things so we will get those loaded and show everyone. We miss all of you and we hope all can come out and visit sometime. And we can't wait to hook up with those who are out here in Cali. Reunion Cali style. Anyway, we send our love from Cali and we'll talk again soon.
